How To Order

Ordering from My Urban Story is easy! Simply follow the steps below..


1. Tell us your order by emailing the following information to myurbanstory@gmail.com
    - Name
    - Email
    - Contact Number
    - Item Name and Quantity
    - Address + Postal Code
    - Mail Type: Normal/Registered*
         *For normal postage, $1 will be charged for the first item and $0.25 for every subsequent item.
       *For registered postage, $3 will be charged for the first item and $0.50 for every subsequent item. 
       *We will not be held responsible for any lost of normal mails


 2. An official invoice will be sent to you within 2 working days if the item is still available.  Please make payment within 24 hours of receiving the official invoice.
