1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. In the event that customer received any defective merchandise, please email us a picture of the defect first before returning. The merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days after mailing. The following discrepancies are not considered to be defects:
- Color Discrepancies. Slight color difference between actual product and pictures on computer screen may occur.
- Measurement Discrepancies. All measurements stated are approximated and hence there might be slight differences in measurements by 0.5 to 1 inch
3. We will only provide same item exchange for defective merchandise. In the event that the defective merchandise is out-of-stock, and we are unable to process an exchange, a refund will be made.
